When you realise that Madame Cazals sells one third of her grapes to Roederer and Bollinger you know there's something special going on in her vineyards. But her ability also lies in winemaking, and here are the results of her deluxe cuvée. Its rich and full-bodied with that big 'biscuit' nose and has a palate that shows just why we tried so hard to be the sole importers of her Champagne.
