Craft distilled on Falls Farm, Harrington, Northants, using Queen Victoria's own personal Rhubarb Crop.

This is a traditional 26% ABV Sloe Gin but with a bit of a spicy twist. We macerate the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours. We don’t over sugar it so you can still taste predominantly Sloes. This gin is great for any time of the year – warm and spicy in the winter time when you are out and about in the countryside or just out walking the dog and need a nip of something sweet.

Countess classic vodka is tripled distilled then blended with the finest Northumbrian spring water. This water has been slowly filtered through rock and minerals for over 150 years, giving the vodka its pure quality and taste.

The signature gin of Silent Pool Distillers in Surrey, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately realised gin in 43% ABV. Recommended serve is with a generous handful of ice, a dash of tonic, and a twist of orange peel to garnish.

Burleigh’s Export Strength Gin is a full bodied, flavoursome gin. Bright juniper, (backed up by sweet herbal notes) carries through from the nose onto the palate. Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

There is an initial burst of citrus, that gives way to juniper before a very light anise. The mid palate is led by chervil, sweet cicely and green tea and, in fabulous Yorkshire style, a finish of candied rhubarb.

Our story started in one of England’s last wild sanctuaries in the remote moors of Northumberland, the whipping winds amongst the age of juniper bushes at Hepple, and our pursuit of a gin to make the perfect dry martini.

The only way to capture the wild heart of this juniper was to completely rethink how the gin was made.

Thus our Triple Technique was born.

Made with botanicals including juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almonds, our Seville Orange Gin is simply bursting with flavour. A final infusion with raw peel from Seville oranges gives it a crisp, citrus finish. Wonderfully zingy.

Elegant 48 is made from scratch using rare varieties of apples from our 200 year old bioganic cider orchards. In our bespoke gin still, we add hops, elderflower, juniper, Bramley apple and angelica, plus secret wild botanicals from our meadow and fresh water from our well.
