Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

Amply fruited with a saline lick. Good volume in the mouth and excellent shape and texture. There's no shortage of ripeness but the wine maintains excellent freshness and is very minerally. Quite delicious.

Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacqueson’s 18 hectares of vines are spread across some of the region’s best growing sites, including Mercurey, Rully, and Bouzeron. The estate farms their vineyards without herbicides and highlights the importance of keeping yields low. This varietal Chardonnay is more floral and less opulent than most Côte de Beaune bottlings, marked by flavors of mandarin, lemon skin, crushed rocks, and white blossom. This has a very fine nose with delicate floral notes as well as apples, pears and a wonderful citrus-blossom aroma. On the palate this is elegant and mineral with delicious white fruit character and a lovely saline finish.

The nose has wonderful grapefruit zest bitterness, with some gentle floral influenced honey. The palate in bright and clean acidity, and a voluptuous depth of stone fruit on the mid-palate. with subtle smokiness. It is a highly complex village wine that should evolve well for many years.

Jean-Marc uses barrels for three years (a third new, a third one year and a third two years) which brings harmony and balance to the wine. Floral aromas and red apple carrying through to a well textured palate.

It has been 15 years since Vincent Boyer took the reins from his father and put his stamp on Domaine Yves Boyer-Martenot. His tenacity in the vineyards and dedication to balance and freshness has led to wines of increased terroir clarity and chiseled Meursault typicity

This is a special cuvee in honour of his Yves' grandfather, Fernand. The grapes come from four very high quality plots starting from 'Les Pellans' in the south leading to 'Les Pelles Dessous' and 'Au Moulin Landin' next to the village and ending with 'Le Pre de Manche' in the north. With a total of 1.26 hectares under vine and an exposure arcing round from east to south on limestone and marl soils, these wines are rich, well-structured with a long, persistent finish.

The wine is bold and full of tropical fruit with a powerful and lingering appeal on the palate.
