Another winner from the Thorn Clarke winery, defender of the faith in the Barossa Valley. A blend of different vineyard sites as well as varietals. Lovely savoury blackberry and creamy oak make for a splendid accompaniment to roast beef. The tannins are very fine and give great length to the finish.
