All the Amalaya wines are fruit driven in style, with a finesse that unites them. The trophy winning Torrontes/Riesling is silky on the palate, refreshing and bursting with aromas of citrus, blossom and grapefruit.

A wonderfully aromatic Viognier with an abundance of citrus and floral notes. The palate is very tropical and fruit driven with apricot, citrus fruit and pear. Full in flavour with gentle acidity, making this a very balanced and elegant wine. The Viognier grapes come from the dry, cool coast of the Limari Valley.

An intense and fine note of gooseberry and flint dominate this wine. The palate is refreshing with notes of green grass and mineral. A wonderfully polished Sauvignon Blanc, complex and refined. A great partner to goat's cheese, zesty salads and chicken.

Vibrant and fresh, a perfect Picpoul!

Elaborately textured, full-flavoured Viognier. The wine is aptly named after the Latin name for silk, 'Serica'. In the 14th century, silk production or sericulture was as widespread in this region as viticulture.

Although famed for its red wines, white wines have a long heritage in the southern Rhône valley, where the locals enjoy an occasional glass at the start of a warm evening. This 130-hectare vineyard is located at the foot of the Gascogne Pyrenees and specialises in white varietals. Warm weather during the day and cool nights give ideal conditions to produce fresh, characterful Sauvignon Blanc.
Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Domaine Horgelus Colombard Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and fun white wine that shows the sunnier side of Sauvignon Blanc, despite it only making up 25% of the blend. In typical Horgelus style, it’s full of flavour and jumps from the glass. Citrussy, tropical and an exercise in fruity freshness and zing, this is full of white grapefruit, gooseberries and blackcurrant leaves on the nose and palate. Cracking value, and more grown-up than a lot of New Zealand Sauvignons.

Straw-yellow colour with shiny tints. A very fruity nose with aromas of peach and exotic fruits. A lively wine which has a supple and soft final.

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

Elderflower and almond blossom aromas and flavours with honey and a nutty, minerally crisp finish.
