A colour of intense ruby. The nose is fruity with notes of raspberry.
The mouth is round, greedy with a hint of chocolate and has fine, elegant tannins.

This elegant rose has light salmon pink colour and gentle floral aromas with hints of nectarine, redcurrant and 'hard' pears. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, which is the classic style of dry rose from Provence, aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness.

This wine has a dark, inky, youthful colour. A lovely intensity of blackberry fruit, with juniper berries, black pepper and smouldering wood smoke on the nose.

Mourvèdre at it's best! Warm, slightly wild, slightly soft sofa leather but essentially fabulously ripe fruit, fully integrated with oak. A great way to discover Mourvèdre dominated wines, silky smooth with a stiff upper lip, generous but serious. A great wine with still lots to give.

This wine enjoys a classic nose of cloves, spice, pepper and dark cherries and a full, rich palate which has hints of chocolate and tar with good structure and length.

Sabon's top cuvée is truly extraordinary. Great when young but PLEASE try and resist it (you won't regret it!).

Old bush vine Cinsault lends fruity rosé a spicy edge.

Restrained, yet robust blend of black pepper, cumin, cardamom seeds and ripe plums. Mineral oak tannins provide a persistent backdrop.
