Browse by Producer - Jean Claude Boisset
This traditional wine maker is based in the Nuits-Saint-Georges area. Jean-Claude started the winery in the sixties and from humble beginnings expanded the enterprise over the Atlantic. Nowadays it is his two children, Nathalie and Jean-Charles, who run things, ably assisted by Grégory Patriat, their official viniculturalist. This role reconciles the two separate arts of vinification and cultivation, making him a link between the two stages. They still adhere however, to the age-old traditions of letting the vine do the work and giving the wine all the time it needs to mature properly before releasing it.
