Tasting Note
This is a special cuvee in honour of his Yves' grandfather, Fernand. The grapes come from four very high quality plots starting from 'Les Pellans' in the south leading to 'Les Pelles Dessous' and 'Au Moulin Landin' next to the village and ending with 'Le Pre de Manche' in the north. With a total of 1.26 hectares under vine and an exposure arcing round from east to south on limestone and marl soils, these wines are rich, well-structured with a long, persistent finish.
