Introducing the world's first white spiced rum. Old J Silver retains some of the main flavour notes of Old J original, keeping the smooth toffee, sweet lime and heady vanilla hit. However, the heavy spicing of the other Old J styles have been toned right down to allow the more subtle, un-aged white rum to shine.

With its clear colour and breadth of flavours, Old J Silver really shines in its versatility. While it can add an extra element to many cocktails, it's particularly good for light, summery, rum-based drinks like a Mojito, Mai Tai or Pornstar Martini. For something simpler, it also blends beautifully with simple fruit mixers such as passion fruit or Ting.

Formerly known as V/X and no longer carrying an age statement, Appleton's signature blend has been aptly renamed Signature Blend. A blend of rums matured in smaller barrels before being married in oak casks then bottled at 40% ABV.

Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile.

Wood's Navy Rum is a traditional British naval style rum, still bottled at 57% and made to the original navy recipe from 1887. The spirit is made from Demerara molasses and contains three different rums, all distilled at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, South America, before being shipped to the UK. One of these rums is distilled in the 250-year old Versailles still; the only single wooden pot still in the world. The spirits are then aged in Scotland in American refilled oak barrels for an average of 3 years, before being blended and made into Wood's Navy Rum.

Wood's is the only Demerara navy rum still bottled at 57% ABV, the original strength served on British Navy ships.

Jaffa Cake Gin is distilled with oranges, fresh orange peel, cocoa powder and Jaffa cakes. Actual Jaffa cakes. As in “Right, we could eat these yummy Jaffa cakes, or we could put the Jaffa cakes in this vacuum still and make Jaffa Cake Gin.” It’s that kind of situation. The result is just like you’d expect - full-on Jaffa cake tastiness built around a distinctive base of crisp juniper. The label claims it’ll make the best Negroni mankind has ever seen, but we’ll let you be the judge of that one - though you will get top marks if you stick a Jaffa cake on your glass like a citrus wheel garnish.

This is a traditional 26% ABV Sloe Gin but with a bit of a spicy twist. We macerate the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours. We don’t over sugar it so you can still taste predominantly Sloes. This gin is great for any time of the year – warm and spicy in the winter time when you are out and about in the countryside or just out walking the dog and need a nip of something sweet.
