Beautiful salmon-pink Provence rosé has a very pretty scent of crushed strawberries, peach, rose-water and orange blossom. On the palate, it is wonderfully dry and crisp with delicate summer berry fruits balanced by citrus zest acidity and a deliciously creamy finish. The small yields from the Languedoc and its unique soils and landscape give distinctive wines with personality. This wine is intense and complex with dark, rich fruit, delicate tannins and smooth mouthfeel.

This Domaine Horgelus red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat, the latter being a local grape variety making rich and powerful reds. The wine has a fabulous concentration with aromas of blackcurrant, licquorice and spices. On the palate it has soft, ripe tannins to support the dark fruit flavours. Smooth and deeply flavoured it is the ideal accompaniment to grilled or roast meats and soft cheeses.

Domaine Horgelus Colombard Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and fun white wine that shows the sunnier side of Sauvignon Blanc, despite it only making up 25% of the blend. In typical Horgelus style, it’s full of flavour and jumps from the glass. Citrussy, tropical and an exercise in fruity freshness and zing, this is full of white grapefruit, gooseberries and blackcurrant leaves on the nose and palate. Cracking value, and more grown-up than a lot of New Zealand Sauvignons.

This 130-hectare vineyard is located at the foot of the Gascogne Pyrenees and specialises in white varietals. Warm weather during the day and cool nights give ideal conditions to produce fresh, characterful Sauvignon Blanc.
Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Deep, intense purple colour. Blackcurrant and blackberry aromas. Powerful entry but supple with very tight tannins.

Superbly luminous pale pink. The nose is fruity and floral, with rose, white flowers (peach, apricot blossom), and wild strawberry. Menthol and aniseed notes add to the harmony of the aromatic palette. In the mouth it is incredibly well balanced and deliciously fresh and vivacious, with lovely citrus aromas and a touch of liquorice on the finish. A rosé of pure pleasure in the flush of its youth, but one that will maintain all its grace for the next two to three years.

Deep sultry red in the glass, the nose gives aromas of summer berries and a hint of spice. The palate is well balanced, round and fruity with a big mix of red, blue and black fruits. The finish is smooth and harmonious, with a touch of roasted coffee. This is the perfect easy drinking style that is characteristic of the everyday Moulin de Gassac range.
