Deep red in colour with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, chocolate, and spice. The palate has good concentration and silky tannins. Grown in Apalta, the best-known region for producing Carmenere. Really hot in summer that helps the grapes ripen in a very good way for this variety. Steep slopes with deep soils with decomposed rocks that help roots break through easily.

Oak aged reserve with lovely fruit.

Deep ruby red colour. The nose is packed with layers of cassis and strawberry flavors, with combined hints of black cherries and chocolate, with a prevalence of fruit over oak.
A full-bodied, flavourful wine, with rich red fruit with a touch of vanilla and solid, friendly ripe tannins and a pleasant finish.
Recommended for pairing it with a piece of soft red meats, pastas or as wine by the glass.

Montes Alpha sits nicely above the Classic range and offers superb value. This Carmenere is rich and earthy with plenty of ripe dark plum and berry fruit flavours. Fine tannins complement a smooth finish.
