Debut wines are fresh, fruity, exuberant wines which remain true at all times to their varietal origins.

Tamblyn is named after the Willson family's ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall.

Selkirk in the Scottish borders was the ancestral home of the Willson family. The wine is named in honour of Rebecca and Lucy's grandfather.

This wine is bright ruby red in colour with a vivid purple rim in the glass. Aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blood plum and blackberry are complemented by savoury notes of black olives and oak char. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, mouth-filling wine with fine grained tannins and concentrated dark fruits, and a hint of coffee and mocha on the long finish.

The Old Adam Shiraz is a combination of parcels of wine from the best blocks of Shiraz from the Bremerton vineyards.

Rasteau’s elevation to cru status in 2010, solely for its highly regarded dry red wines was widely welcomed. Domaine la Font de Notre Dame, a charming small domaine owned by brothers Frédéric and Boris Roux, produce a traditionally made Rasteau with typical appellation complexity.

From Cairanne, the Southern Rhone’s newest Cru, Les Six is all about elegance and the expression of six different grape varieties (in an appellation usually dominated by just two) blended together in the tradition of yesteryear.

High up in the ‘slopes of schist’ in the rugged, mountainous terroir of Séguret lies a single vineyard so predominantly planted with Grenache Noir (intermingled only here and there with some Syrah) that the resulting wine – Les Coteaux Schisteux – comes close to being one of the purest expressions of Grenache Noir in the southern Rhône Valley.

An innovative baby Super-Tuscan, Dogajolo combines the power and deep flavours of a young wine, with the elegance and balance from the oak ageing. Full bodied, yet soft on the palate with fruity cherry notes interlaced with coffee, vanilla and spice, this is complex and well-developed.

Dolcetto is a delicate variety, that requires correct exposure, care and attention. For this reason Vajra’s Dolcetto is cultivated only on the most appropriate vineyards. Perfectly balanced with all the elements in harmony.

Paolo De Marchi's excellent Chianti Classico is elegant and supple, full of perfumed fruit, with depth, structure and minerality.

Coste & Fossati is a selection of antique biotypes of Dolcetto, selected by Aldo Vajra between 1978 and 1985, and grafted in two of the best vineyards of Bricco di Vergne in Barolo (the vineyard Coste and Fossati). They produce an intense and spiced Dolcetto.

A magnificent Amarone - a bitter-sweet cherry delight!

This Barbera comes from the Conca Tre Pile vineyard which is situated on a steeply sloping part of the Bussia Soprana hill. Here the Barbera vines are up to 45 years old and give a full bodied, concentrated and spicy wine.

Medium red in colour with brick tones. On the nose, this wine is all spices and cloves. On the palate, it is lean with a great structure. It has flavours of bitter cherries and earthy liquorice. The finish is good with a lingering persistence in the mouth.

La Poja covers 2.6 hectares at the top of La Grola. It is a rare plot of limestone, rich in iron and magnesium. Giovanni Allegrini decided immediately that this was going to be his top cru, made from 100% Corvina.
