Clonakilla's star wine. Inspired by time spent in the Northern Rhône, Tim has been co-fermenting these two varieties with multi award-winning results for 23 years.

A complex blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon with just a hint of Viognier. An opulent style with super-fine tannins and a luscious palate named for the distinctly chocolately notes on both the nose and palate.

Estate-grown by the Pisano family and aged in French oak for 5 months, this is an exciting value from an up-and-coming wine region. Aged in oak barrels and shows a beautiful nose with aromas of plums, cherries, wild berries, tar, licorice, smoke, dark chocolate, roses and violets. Concentrated on the palate, muscular, dense velvety tannin coat, dark fruit, spicy, multi-layered, muscular elegance and long-lasting.
