Jinzu Gin brings English and Japanese traditions together to create an exciting, intriguing spirit. It's made with a blend of English gin (featuring juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom as botanicals) and sake, which brings a luxurious, creamy mouth feel and a subtle, compelling sweetness to its flavour profile.

Smartly presented old school London Dry gin, expertly produced by Thames Distillers. This manages to be both smooth and complex. Highly recommended.

Our story started in one of England’s last wild sanctuaries in the remote moors of Northumberland, the whipping winds amongst the age of juniper bushes at Hepple, and our pursuit of a gin to make the perfect dry martini.

The only way to capture the wild heart of this juniper was to completely rethink how the gin was made.

Thus our Triple Technique was born.

Made with botanicals including juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almonds, our Seville Orange Gin is simply bursting with flavour. A final infusion with raw peel from Seville oranges gives it a crisp, citrus finish. Wonderfully zingy.

A winning effort following the success of Williams Chase Potato Vodka. This premium strength gin is unusually distilled from organic apples grown on the Herefordshire estate. The result is impressive.

Elegant 48 is made from scratch using rare varieties of apples from our 200 year old bioganic cider orchards. In our bespoke gin still, we add hops, elderflower, juniper, Bramley apple and angelica, plus secret wild botanicals from our meadow and fresh water from our well.

A super premium small batch Tanqueray named after the number of the No. 10 still in which it is made. A superb controlled explosion of very aromatic botanical flavours, and it looks very good on your mantelpiece / drinks cabinet. Makes a near perfect martini.

Filey Bay STR Finish is totally different from anything we’ve released so far. It takes the citrus and caramel flavours from the bourbon casks and weaves them with the red fruits of the Rioja barriques, creating a complex whisky with spice and depth that’s also light and floral.
The initials STR in the name refer to "shaved, toasted and re-charred" casks.

Filey Bay Yorkshire Day 2022 brings together three casks types. From the ex-Oloroso casks come rich flavours of dried fruit and spices. The ex-Moscatel maturation imparts honey and sweetness. And lastly, the ex-Bourbon casks balance and soften these big sherry notes.

Golden suomi barley and pure glacial spring water give the vodka a dry, light and smooth taste with a gentle aroma.

If you're partial to a Grasshopper, Créme de Menthe should always be in your back bar. Giffard's Créme de Menthe is a vivid, minty liqueur that packs quite a peppermint punch. Speaking of, a peppermint punch sounds pretty good right about now...

Dominant tones range from fresh to gilded straw, then honey, with the gold becoming more intense with age. These are followed by hues of apple green, silver or gold. Pineau are limpid and of great brilliance. Aromas of white and yellow fruit, honey and acacia blossom. Ageing in wooden barrels gives notes of "rancio": ripe and dried fruit, hazelnut, grilled almond, vanilla and buttered toast.

Made from Red Wine, Herbs and Fruit - this vermouth-style aperitif is sweeter than many others, making it a superb choice for the Classic Martinez Cocktail, or great drunk neat, chilled, in a wine glass.

A Rose version of the classic vermouth Lillet. This is blended with red and white Grand Cru Bordeaux wines used to make Lillet Rouge and Lillet Blanc respectively. To this Peruvian quinine is added, as well as sweet orange peels from Spain, bitter Haitian orange peel and various fruit liqueurs. A stunning vermouth with notes of lush fruits, wildflowers and red berries.

The pastis Ricard was created by Paul Ricard, in Marseilles in 1932. Our pride is, as always, in giving pleasure. Ricard was born in sunny Marseille back in 1932. To reveal the delicacy of the anise, the fresh taste of the liquorice and the subtle Provence herbs

Two years of aging in oaks casks give a gold colour to the fruity taste of its youth. Vigorous and fresh on the palate, it’s a product carrying the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Pays d’Auge”. All the fragrances of Normandy!

Prunier VS Cognac is Maison Prunier’s youngest Cognac. It is a delicate, well rounded VS Cognac with a surprisingly complex fragrance, excellent for cocktails and cooking.

This is the VS Cognac from Richard Delisle, featuring a beautiful amber hue. As a VS Cognac, the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend will have aged in the cask for at least 2 years before it joined this wonderful ensemble of brandies.

A fantastic entry level Calvados from the folk at Chateau de Breuil. They make their own cider and after distillation age their VSOP for a minimum of four years for close control over the flavour of the calvados at all stages of production. A soft but flavoursome spirit.
