The wineMaker at Boekenhoutskloof who's fast becoming one of the hottest stars in the country and rightly so. A good friend of ours too so we're obviously a little biased, but a man who knows the necessary when it comes to making top quality wine, from the main label Boekenhoutskloof to the estate's other wines made under Porcupine Ridge. Marc designed the winery himself and did it with a view of production and function rather than picturesque qualities. And it’s a brilliant design making use of every natural resource available, from gravity to climate. Brilliant!
