Creamy Chardonnay fruit of melon undertones with attractive apricot flavours form the Viognier. Especially good either as an aperitif or with fish particularly salmon, or with shellfish and vegetarian dishes.

On the nose and the palate, it demonstrates a distinctive Syrah character with spiciness and hints of strawberries, rose and orange peel. With good fruit concentration, it shows richness in texture across the palate that leads to a delightfully long finish. It has a strong backbone of acidity and a slight amount of tannin that gives the wine a defined structure.

A nice light hue to this rosé which promises, and delivers, a good depth of fruit. There is a nice aroma of rhubarb and a hint of sweetness on the finish.

This elegant rose has light salmon pink colour and gentle floral aromas with hints of nectarine, redcurrant and 'hard' pears. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, which is the classic style of dry rose from Provence, aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness.
