Colour: Young, pale, and crystal clear with a hint of straw. Nose: Delicate fruits, clear and fresh with vegetal overtones. On the palate it is light, fresh, and well-balanced with an intense and permanent finish.
Produced from 100% Viura and barrel fermented in American and French Oak, light golden yellow in colour, with aromas of citrus fruits and smokey vanilla. The pallet is rich with lemons, limes and hints of apple layered with toasty vanilla and a long finish. Ideal with fish, lamb and pork dishes and is excellent with cheese. Serve between 6C - 8C.
Method Champagne fizz. Fresh and lively. This is great if you just want to have a few glasses of fizz at a function of some kind. It tastes great, with positive hints of pineapple, plus it's great value as well as being really popular with just about everyone!
