The Consorzio Produttori Vini is a cooperative of 329 wine growing members, who have banded together to produce high quality wines. Located in the Salento pennisula of Apulia, in the "heel" of Italy, the Consorzio overlooks all aspects of the winemaking, from dictating grape yields to the vinification and marketing of the final product. The consortium has over 70 years experience and was instrumental in the development of the appellation classification.
The Consorzio Produttori Vini produce wines of well-renowned quality and we are proud to now be importing their Primitivo di Manduria, one of the best of the D.O.C zones in Puglia, and their Salento Rosso from the I.G.T. zone nearby.
