Currently setting the pace in New Zealand for many, Kim Crawford's portfolio covers many different styles of reds, whites and a top value sparkler. The estate is ojne of the pioneers of 'Stelvin Closures', or screw top seal, and they make a pretty good argument for it. With a worrying number of wine bottles 'corked' Kim felt the need to move towards an alternative sealing process. But the wines themselves, and the awards they're winning, are all evidence that something pretty serious is going on in Marlborough (and its not just Cloudy Bay!).
