Chardonnay
Drink now, but will keep
With a pale green-golden colour and aromas of pippin apples and fresh almonds these wines are very supple, nicely balanced by discrete acidity and have a good length in the mouth. The wines will be ready for tasting after 3-5 years due to their suppleness but their quality will generally assure their peak for up to 10 or 12 years. Complex and fine, the wines from Vallet Frères have a great following.
