Florally fragrant on the nose and the bouquet of flowers is backed up by dried fruits with fragrances that have immense charm. The palate is light but the fruit is sweet giving a richer feel towards the back. The dried fruit spice, so typical of the grape, is very much evident.
This Torrontés is pale yellow in colour with a hint of green. Its bouquet offers great intensity typifying the aromatic elegance of Torrontés, tasting of roses and orange blossoms, orange peel and delicate herbacious notes can be perceived. In the mouth it feels fresh with a perfect balance of acidity that invites you to enjoy another glass, the final mouth feel is persistent.
Lots of juicy-ripe citrus fruit, yes, but also lifted herbaceous notes, dried flowers and summer straw. This lovely little wine is more like an Albariño than a run-of-the-mill Pinot Grigio, with lots to get stuck into, great balance and structure and an excellent finish
This unoaked Chardonnay offers a rich and creamy mouth feel that leads to lovely soft tropical fruits and orange zest on the palate. Zingy acidity underpins the flavours and keeps them lingering on the palate.
