Consultant viticulturalist/wineMaker who is making wine at the historical property belonging to Livio Felluga (in Friuli) as well as Tenuta di Capezzana (in Carmignano). He is a protogé of Vittorio Fiore, one of Italy's most famed winemakers.

While studying for his degree in agriculture part of his course concerned oenology (that's wine making by the way) and the differences between wines made from mechanically harvested and hand-picked grapes… The rest is kind of history as the world of wine and winemaking gripped Stefano. Something we should all be very pleased about as his wines are truly outstanding.
