Deep ruby with purple tinges, the nose opens with vivid red fruits; cherry, raspberry alongside notes of wild strawberry, underbrush and a subtle hint of graphite. There’s also a spicy peppery note typical of Cabernet Franc. On the palate it is medium bodied, juicy and fresh: the fruit is vibrant supported by fine grained tannins and balanced acidity. Earthy minerality shows through, giving depth with a touch of herbal notes and a whisper of oak. The finish is long, persistent with red berry tones and a salty, mineral edge lingering. It’s expressive now but has enough structure to improve with a few more years.

Flinty, grassy and classy Sauvignon. Gold pale tinted wine with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate,this wine does not disappoint and is well balanced with citrus and stone fruit flavours.

A deep ruby red with garnet reflections, this wine offers an opulent nose of ripe cherry, fresh fig and strawberry, complemented by mocha, chocolate and earthy humus notes. On the palate, it presents a magnificent concentration of flavours, including yellow plum, fig and tobacco, leading to a finish that re-emphasizes the cherry characters and combines elements of liquorice, peppermint and aniseed. The tannins are fine and melting, contributing to a harmonious and elegant structure.

A fine, elegant wine with plump red berried fruit and delicate hints of oak spice. Smooth and supple on the palate, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

From the heart of the Loire Valley this wine is pure opulence. All the fruit is from a small limestone-rich vineyard in the heart of the Loire. Honeyed pear, quince, yellow apple dominate the palate with a slight smoky quality. The palate is rich yet zippy, complex yet fresh. Try with shellfish or pork. This will cellar for another 10 years or so. Biodynamic.

Condrieu grape variety - at a non-Condrieu price! Grapes are from vineyards just outside the Condrieu appellation in the Northern Rhone. Yves Cuilleron lives up to his great reputation with this outstanding wine.

A captivating nose with aromas of rose, exotic fruit and dried flowers. It is full and powerful on the palate, with a nice freshness! A touch of spice on the finish; this Gewurztraminer is balanced, deep, with already good complexity and a long finish.

A nose of violets, raspberry, elderberry and blackcurrant leads to a palate of black fruit and subtle spices. A great summer drink.

A top notch wild Bandol!

The Bertrand Ambroise Bourgogne Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes 2022 shows a bright ruby colour with aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes underpinned by gentle spice and earthy hints. The palate is medium bodied with juicy red fruit at the core balanced by fresh acidity and fine, silky tannins. A touch of oak adds nuance without overpowering leading to a smooth, elegant finish with lingering red berry and spice tones. This is a supple yet structured Burgundy, approachable now but capable of a little short term cellaring.

Some aeration will reveal sweet Mirabelle aromas and some acacia honey. The palate shows a nice concentration, medium intensity on the middle palate, and eventually becomes more and more impressive on the finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.

An exceptionally elegant rose; fresh nose with light fruit aromas, complex notes of liquorice and hint of angelica. Full of harmony on the palate with delicious red fruit flavours and a suprising spicy finish. Stone fruit and white pepper burst onto the tongue, leading onto a slightly savoury finish. An exceptional Provence Rose.

Beautiful wine with a golden glow. Its nose evokes acacia, white flowers with a touch of exotic fruits. The mineral aromas blend perfectly with notes of citrus, honey and a slight touch of hazelnut. The richness of the terroir of this plot brings roundness and length.

The bolder Michaut style deftly added to the more restrained style of Vau-Lignau to create a textural, elegant white.

Wonderfully complex nose, with aromas of cassis and plums, swathed in savoury nuance with hints of truffle, roasted meats coffee and fresh leather. Rich yet graceful with succulent, soft, velvety tannins. At its peak right now, this delicious red still possesses plenty of life and will continue to drink for a few more years yet.

Rich burgundy color with slight browning on the edges. Nose of earth, ripe raspberries and tobacco. Flavors are similar but with the addition of smoke, brown sugar and bay leaf. Slight tartness on the perimeter of the mouthfeel. Delicate in feel, with a finish that dissipates into a slight tartness.
