This 130-hectare vineyard is located at the foot of the Gascogne Pyrenees and specialises in white varietals. Warm weather during the day and cool nights give ideal conditions to produce fresh, characterful Sauvignon Blanc.
Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Domaine Horgelus Colombard Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and fun white wine that shows the sunnier side of Sauvignon Blanc, despite it only making up 25% of the blend. In typical Horgelus style, it’s full of flavour and jumps from the glass. Citrussy, tropical and an exercise in fruity freshness and zing, this is full of white grapefruit, gooseberries and blackcurrant leaves on the nose and palate. Cracking value, and more grown-up than a lot of New Zealand Sauvignons.

Elaborately textured, full-flavoured Viognier. The wine is aptly named after the Latin name for silk, 'Serica'. In the 14th century, silk production or sericulture was as widespread in this region as viticulture.

Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

Seductive aromas of white stone fruits, flowers and spices. Full, dry, superb balanced fruit/freshness. Absolutely delicious! A must try!

Amply fruited with a saline lick. Good volume in the mouth and excellent shape and texture. There's no shortage of ripeness but the wine maintains excellent freshness and is very minerally. Quite delicious.

Lots of tropical fruit flavours mingling with a lovely gentle oak. A splendid Chardonnay.

Fifth generation winemaker Cedric Chêne is now at the winemaking helm at this top class 60 acre family estate situated in southern Burgundy just north of Mâcon. Outstanding wines made in miniscule quantities.

Complex and well rounded Chablis from vines averaging over 40 years of age.

The nose shows delicate notes of white flowers and nettles. Fresh citrus fruit and well balanced acidity with good length.

A very ripe and unusually rich example of Loire Sauvignon Blanc.

This organic and biodynamic wine is made in a lighter style making it extremely drinkable, but it still has the typical diesel fumes and lime zest hues you would expect.
Pale lemon colour and attractive aromas of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, lime, peach and green apple. It has sharp acidity and medium body while the mineral sensation is quite intense on the palate.

Flinty, grassy and classy Sauvignon. Gold pale tinted wine with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate,this wine does not disappoint and is well balanced with citrus and stone fruit flavours.

Some aeration will reveal sweet Mirabelle aromas and some acacia honey. The palate shows a nice concentration, medium intensity on the middle palate, and eventually becomes more and more impressive on the finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.

A velvety smooth Chardonnay, well rounded with a soft texture; done entirely in stainless steel. It shows great finesse and remarkable balance.

The bolder Michaut style deftly added to the more restrained style of Vau-Lignau to create a textural, elegant white.

From a well-placed vineyard adjoining premier cru Les Castets. Fresh and fruity with lovely, honeyed chardonnay nose. This is now aged like all the premiers crus in 30% new oak barrels.

The nose has wonderful grapefruit zest bitterness, with some gentle floral influenced honey. The palate in bright and clean acidity, and a voluptuous depth of stone fruit on the mid-palate. with subtle smokiness. It is a highly complex village wine that should evolve well for many years.
