Straw-yellow colour with shiny tints. A very fruity nose with aromas of peach and exotic fruits. A lively wine which has a supple and soft final.

The 2021 blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years, but not absolutely necessary.

The cousins Vacheron, dubbed the “Kings of Sancerre” bring us a beautiful Sancerre Blanc with notes of Meyer lemon, sea spray, and stones providing a base for waves of mouth-watering citrus flavors.
