The Parcela 12 is made up entirely of Graciano. Graciano, until recently was the colour and alcohol addition to the blend for Rioja in the north. Now, it is very much a stand-alone grape in it’s own right. The single parcela Graciano here is planted on granite soil which adds freshness and minerality to the wine. Matured for 8 months in French oak barrels, the wine has nuances of cocoa and balsamic with hints of sweet spice. This compliments the subtle floral notes and juicy fresh blackberry, plum and red cherry fruits. It is a powerful wine with a full body, smooth almost sweet tannins and an intense finish.

A wine rich in fruity tastes with a sweet tannin structure, making it a tasty wine and diplaying the entire potential of the Tempranillo variety grown in the area of greater wine-making tradition in La Rioja.

After its duration in cask for 15 months, it is rounded in the bottle for a further 3 months. A broad, expansively flavoured Rioja.

Intense in flavour, velvety, meaty, with silky tannins that envelop the palate with an exquisite roundness. A smooth, well structured wine.
The grapes are harvested by hand during the last fortnight of October. Fermentation takes place using the Carbonic Maceration technique for 6 days at 24ºC.

From Castilla y Leon comes this classic Spanish Merlot. A complex bouquet of ripe fruit with toasty and dark roasted scents. Good texture on the palate with nicely integrated oak.

Full bodied with bright, fleshy fruit. Well integrated tannins and good length.

Very deep, dark, lively cherry colour. The typicity of the variety is revealed by the balsamic, herbal aromas of mint or aniseed, accompanied by dark berried fruit, toffee and the spices which complete the range of aromas. On the palate, you can appreciate its body and backbone, preserved in the finish with a lively sensation of freshness. A heavy mouth-feel.
No stabilisation before bottling so there may be signs of sediment. In this case it is advisable to decant the wine before drinking it.

Intense cherry colour with glimpses of violet. Fruity, fresh, and frank. The delicate aging notes are in perfect harmony with a varied aroma. A silky first step leads pleasantly to spices and coconut aftertaste. Friendly and fresh in the mouth, typical of young red wines.

Cherry red colour, medium layer with cardinal red nuances. Clean and shiny. Fruity and floral on the nose. Aromas of mature red fruit and floral flavors. Expressive tannin, and persistent length.

Unoaked red from Bierzo in the cooler north-west of Spain. Mencía is the grape and it makes a fruity, plump and joyful style of wine that is a delight drunk lightly chilled. Luna Beberide are pioneers in this corner of the country, farming sustainably, without herbicides or pesticides. The vines are planted on south-facing slopes at 700-metres above sea level for the freshness that altitude brings.

A wine made from grapes of the mentioned varieties which are later mixed to make a blend that combines the Cabernet Franc (concentrated and generous), Mandó & Summol and the bouquet provided by the four months oak ageing. Post bottled to continue the process of ageing in bottle.

Les Sorts ‘Jove’ is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, partial whole cluster carbonic maceration.

This 100% Tempranillo (Ull de Llebre) is packed with juicy fruit, but has a complex herbal, mineral and toasty character thanks to 12 months in Hungarian oak. Perfect with grilled meats and slow cooked lamb dishes.

A really well balanced, medium bodied, dry red wine made from the carignan grape. Spicy cherry and plum fruits with some cream on the finish from 16 months in oak.

Pago Aylés Unexpected Syrah is a Spanish red wine from the Aragon region produced at the prestigious Pago Aylés winery. This wine is made from 100% Syrah giving it an intense, deep ruby ​​colour and a rich aroma of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums with notes of spice, chocolate, vanilla and light smoke. The palate is full bodied and well structured with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long, elegant finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, game, Mediterranean dishes, and mature cheeses.

Amongst the white washed houses of Arcos de la Frontera, Andalucia, lies Finca Moncloa, a small vineyard owned by Gonzalez Byass. The Finca grows fruit with unique concentration and depth of flavour. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes are hand selected and skilfully blended to create a velvety smooth, full bodied wine with complex flavours of ripe, red berry fruit, vanilla and spice.

Mallorca's 2nd largest producer, Macià Batle make distinctive and characterful wines - this is a full-bodied red with a rich, smooth finish.

The native variety of Mandó takes us into the heart of Bages’ woodlands, with it floral aromas, carob, undergrowth and traces of spices, liquorice and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is balanced, lush and rounded. It finishes with an aromatic character typical of this variety and with a lively acidity which gives it great length in the glass. Fresh, elegant and the identity of a varietal.
