Deep ruby in colour, it has a complex, intriguing array of aromas: toasted bread, cigar box, fresh tea, plums and Eastern spices. On the palate, there are mature fruits: plums, figs and cherries with hints of tea leaves and dark chocolate. The wine is intense; the first taste releasing complex notes of currants, cherries and spice, with a hint of game and finishing with a cleansing acidity.

Intense in flavour, velvety, meaty, with silky tannins that envelop the palate with an exquisite roundness. A smooth, well structured wine.
The grapes are harvested by hand during the last fortnight of October. Fermentation takes place using the Carbonic Maceration technique for 6 days at 24ºC.

Golden straw in colour, an attractive nose reveals notes of citrus, ripe stone fruit, toast and a hint of smoke. Rich and creamy in texture, the palate is concentrated and generous with an abundance of layered ripe fruit and harmoniously integrated oak. Crisp and focused on the finish, this is an excellent Californian chardonnay that offers immense drink-ability.

This forward drinking Pinot shows dried cranberry/berry fruit with earth and tobacco notes. The body is medium weight yet carries immense waves of flavours, including sarsaparilla, pomegranate and smoke. A well-integrated wine that is superb now. A wonderful accompaniment to thick, oak-grilled pork chops, wild game, or coq au vin.
