Domaine du Tich Bordeaux Blanc is a dry, organic white wine from the Bordeaux region, typically a 50/50 blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc offering citrus, herbaceous and almond notes with good vivacity and length.

Aromas of boxwood, wild juniper and cistus flowers give way to notes of red fruit, cherry and redcurrant. The sensation in the mouth is delicate, smooth and balanced with a succulently fruity and spicy finish.

A brilliant deep purple red colour. The nose, typical of this appellation bordering with Spain whose vines spread over the foothills of the Pyrenees, harbours black fruit and notes of garrigue with juniper and spices offering the powerful fragrance that is specific to the Roussillon. Generous, with cinnamon, liquorice and white pepper, followed by hints of blackberry and blackcurrant with a beautifully fresh, lightly menthol finish. Excellent balance with great harmony between maturity, freshness and silky tannins. A wine that is typically Mediterranean and superbly elegant at the same time.

L’exception is a structured, ample and elegant wine; very representative of Beaujolais. A cherry-hued colour, aromas of small red fruits and a harmonious structure make it classic Gamay.

A perfect pale pink that screams Provence!

Rosé de Carsin is a dry rosé that is great aperitif or a summer drink but also good to be matched up with food.

A linear and precise wine with a beautiful symbiosis between the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc and the more subtle side of Sémillon. Slightly saline on the attack with finesse and subtlety. The result is a saline and refreshing, persistent finish and a balanced acidity.

A new classification—Coteaux Bourguignons—was created in 2011 to replace two older classifications.
Essentially, “Coteaux Bourguignons” translates to the “hills of Burgundy,” and wines labelled under this designation have no restrictions attached. That means you can find red, rosé, and white wines that might be a single varietal-wine or a blend of grapes. Reds are usually made from a blend of pinot noir & gamay which go together rather well!
Coteaux Bourguignons allows fruit to be sourced from greater Burgundy & Beaujolais regions. Domaine de la Creuze Noire Coteaux Bourguignons is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay which gives an exceptionally smooth soft approachable wine.

Deep, rich purple in the glass, almost opaque at the core. On the nose: ripe dark fruits such as black cherry and plum with smoky oak, leather, a touch of earthy undergrowth and some sweet spices like liquorice. On the palate it's full bodied, robust and quite structured, there’s generous dark fruit, balanced by savoury, mineral tones and firm tannins. The oak adds nuance but not sweetness, giving hints of vanilla and toast. Finish is long and slightly dry with lingering black fruit, spice and a subtle leathery note. A powerful wine that drinks well now (with decanting) and should develop further complexity with a few more years of bottle age.

Attractive oak aromas with soft cassis and black cherry fruit flavours leading onto a complex palate with good structure and fine tannins

This is a round fleshy wine, pleasant to drink even at an early age offering ripe fruity aromas and a lovely balance in the mouth with supple tannins.
An excellent value Bordeaux, the wine offers rich red fruit on a palate that is supple and round. The silky tannins blend easily with the fruit character and pairs beautifully with dishes like braised lamb or steak.

Deep ruby red with a subtle garnet rim, it opens with vibrant aromas of cherry and red plum enriched by notes of liquorice and a faint trace of violet. The palate is medium bodied and silky showing juicy fruit at the front, balanced by polished tannins and a fresh seam of acidity. There’s a savoury edge, minerality, a touch of iron or earthy stone that gives complexity. The finish lingers nicely on red fruit and spice, soft but well-structured. A wine that’s enjoyable now but has enough backbone to benefit from short-term ageing.

Bright purple with vivid, youthful hues. The nose opens with vibrant red fruit — cherry, raspberry — mingled with darker berry notes like blackberry, all lifted by a fresh, herbal breeze of garrigue and a subtle lift of anise. On the palate it is soft and gentle: the fruit is tender and juicy, with good freshness but no harsh edges. Tannins are light, the finish smooth and approachable. This is a fragrant, easy-drinking Cinsault with charm and character, best enjoyed in its youth over the next few years.

Deep colour. Clean and straightforward on the nose, showing a beautiful identity. It is intense and concentrated with notes of red and black fruit - with a predominance of blackcurrants. The texture on the palate is supple, concentrated and balanced: the tannins are fine. Notes of liquorice, menthol, garrigue, bay leaves, blackcurrants and spices.

Ô de Rosé is a tribute to their singular terroir, to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting their vineyards. The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.

Planted on pink granite hillsides, Fleurie is a fruity and structured wine, all in suppleness. We find notes of strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. To be enjoyed with cold cuts or white meats, Fleurie is also one of the rare red wines that can be enjoyed with fish.

High up the ‘slopes of schist’ in the rugged mountainous terroir of Séguret lies a single vineyard so predominantly planted with Grenache Noir (intermingled only here and there with some Syrah) that the resulting wine – Les Coteaux Schisteux – comes close to being one of the purest expressions of Grenache Noir in the southern Rhône valley.

A vibrant, fresh and youthful Burgundian Pinot Noir from Domaine Giraudon who are based just 7 or so miles south west of Chablis. This is excellent, tons of raspberry and cherry fruit and a lick of liquorice on the soft, incredibly approachable palate.

Deep, intense morello cherry colour. Vibrant dark cherry fruit on the palate with fresh, mouthwatering crunchy tannins supporting the juicy, clean Northern Rhône fruit.

Open, fragrant nose with notes of fresh fruits and white flowers.

The mouth follow through on the same notes, with vibrant and fresh lime fruits.

The finish is pleasant and refreshing. The wine shows and develops nicely in its primary youth.
