On the palate, it is wonderfully dry and crisp with delicate summer berry fruits balanced by citrus zest acidity and a deliciously creamy finish. Superbly luminous pale pink. The nose is fruity and floral, with rose, white flowers (peach, apricot blossom), and wild strawberry. Menthol and aniseed notes add to the harmony of the aromatic palette. In the mouth it is incredibly well balanced and deliciously fresh and vivacious, with lovely citrus aromas and a touch of liquorice on the finish. A rosé of pure pleasure in the flush of its youth, but one that will maintain all its grace for the next two to three years.

Expect citrus, tropical fruits and red fruits, all complimented by lovely acidity, making it such a refreshing rosé wine. This is the perfect rosé to try if you like Cotes de Provence but want to try something different.

A pale pink in colour, this Piquepoul rosé has a delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries and peaches. Ô de Rosé is a tribute to their singular terroir, to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting their vineyards. The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.

Made from a very expressive primitivo grape, it’s truly inviting. Aromas of spring and summer fruit with undertones of strawberries shining through. The taste is both subtle and balanced, as well as being persistent on the palate, with a fresh acidity.
