Debut wines are fresh, fruity, exuberant wines which remain true at all times to their varietal origins.

Straw-yellow colour with shiny tints. A very fruity nose with aromas of peach and exotic fruits. A lively wine which has a supple and soft final.

The 2021 blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years, but not absolutely necessary.
