Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. The Chapeau Chenin is a fresh dry white wine with a hint of spice. The colour is bright with pale green tinges. The nose exhibits floral aromas and notes of ripe apricots giving way to a mouth-watering palate packed with citrus freshness.

This award-winning Sauvignon Blanc is highly aromatic and deeply flavored, totally expressive of its terroir and with a great roundness as well.

The 2021 blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Semillon. The wine is fermented in barriques and then aged in the same for six months, which gives texture, body, and fullness to match the citrus notes. Lovely length and tightness to the palate ensure that this will cellar for a good few years, but not absolutely necessary.

This Bourgogne Blanc was vinified and raised in stainless steel exhibiting beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long finish. Great value white Burgundy.

A classic introduction to white Burgundy.

Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacqueson’s 18 hectares of vines are spread across some of the region’s best growing sites, including Mercurey, Rully, and Bouzeron. The estate farms their vineyards without herbicides and highlights the importance of keeping yields low. This varietal Chardonnay is more floral and less opulent than most Côte de Beaune bottlings, marked by flavors of mandarin, lemon skin, crushed rocks, and white blossom. The cousins Vacheron, dubbed the “Kings of Sancerre” bring us a beautiful Sancerre Blanc with notes of Meyer lemon, sea spray, and stones providing a base for waves of mouth-watering citrus flavors.

A blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay, this is crisp and zesty with tropical fruit, lime and apple flavours. Delicious with seafood.

This Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw with lemon hues. Lifted aromas of passion fruit and guava dominate the nose, along with notes of citrus and crushed herbs and an underlying wet stone minerality. The wine has vibrant acidity, with plenty of palate weight and length. Ripe, tropical fruit flavours of passion fruit, melon and grapefruit linger on the persistent finish.

Classically aromatic with texture and breadth.

A classically styled New Zealand sauvignon; asparagus and new mown grass on the nose, full and rich with citrus and lime in the mouth, and a long balanced finish.

This wine has a full yet elegant palate with subtle minerality.
