This Riesling is as refreshing as a dip in the ocean. A bright and crisp style with fragrant citrus, floral and orange blossom notes. Fresh acidity leads to a clean, dry and mouth-watering finish.

This wine is pale yellow in colour with intense fruity aromas of pineapple, melon, citrus and guava on the nose. The palate is juicy and fresh with a racy acidity and hints of orange blossom and green pepper on the long, lively finish.

Fabulously perfumed stuff, and possibly the very best Soave Clsssico in existence. The reason lies both in the vineyards, which are vigorously maintained, and the rigorous fruit selection of the bought-in grapes. The wine is rich and balanced and with a searing flavour sadly absent from most modern Soave.

This wine has a full yet elegant palate with subtle minerality.
