A pale pink in colour, this Piquepoul rosé has a delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries and peaches. The palate is wonderfully fresh with summer berry flavours and notes of crushed rose petals. The fruity notes are balanced perfectly with a lively, citrus acidity leaving the palate refreshed.

Greenish colour with gold highlights. The nose is very floral with touches of aniseed. The palate is smooth, full and fresh citrus. A top end picpoul indeed!

Deep sultry red in the glass, the nose gives aromas of summer berries and a hint of spice. The palate is well balanced, round and fruity with a big mix of red, blue and black fruits. From Cairanne, the Southern Rhone’s newest Cru, Les Six is all about elegance and the expression of six different grape varieties (in an appellation usually dominated by just two) blended together in the tradition of yesteryear.

A new classification—Coteaux Bourguignons—was created in 2011 to replace two older classifications.
Essentially, “Coteaux Bourguignons” translates to the “hills of Burgundy,” and wines labelled under this designation have no restrictions attached. That means you can find red, rosé, and white wines that might be a single varietal-wine or a blend of grapes. Reds are usually made from a blend of pinot noir & gamay which go together rather well!
Coteaux Bourguignons allows fruit to be sourced from greater Burgundy & Beaujolais regions. Domaine de la Creuze Noire Coteaux Bourguignons is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay which gives an exceptionally smooth soft approachable wine.

Grenache is predominant as with all the wines of the Domaine. It is blended with Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. There is a rigorous selection of the grapes during the vendage.
