Ô de Rosé is a tribute to their singular terroir, to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting their vineyards. The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.

This Bourgogne Blanc was vinified and raised in stainless steel exhibiting beautiful ripe citrus flavours and aromas, with a slight mineral note and a long finish. Great value white Burgundy.

Powerful and full bodied wine, mainly coming from a sandy and pebbly soil.

A fine, elegant wine with plump red berried fruit and delicate hints of oak spice. Smooth and supple on the palate, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

This is a very consistent wine with plenty of soft, open, easy-going blackcurrant fruit and hints of spice and vanilla oak on the finish.

Bright ruby in colour, with juicy cherries and red berries on the nose. There is a hint of smoke, that pairs nicely with subtle graphite notes. The palate is plump with plums and cherries, yet light-footed, with fresh acidity and fine tannins gently framing the core of cool red and black fruit. Hints of earthiness and smokiness add to the complexity on the finish. Soft, supple and ready to drink now.

Opulence is the word that springs to mind, stemming from the delicate aromas, with notes of plum, and from the deep red colour. This continues in the complex palate which is both dense and refined, mixing depth and power. Traditional wooden vats are used for fermentation and both new and old barrels for ageing, nine or ten years bottle age will see this perfected!

An exceptionally elegant rose; fresh nose with light fruit aromas, complex notes of liquorice and hint of angelica. Full of harmony on the palate with delicious red fruit flavours and a suprising spicy finish. Stone fruit and white pepper burst onto the tongue, leading onto a slightly savoury finish.
