Superbly luminous pale pink. The nose is fruity and floral, with rose, white flowers (peach, apricot blossom), and wild strawberry. Menthol and aniseed notes add to the harmony of the aromatic palette. In the mouth it is incredibly well balanced and deliciously fresh and vivacious, with lovely citrus aromas and a touch of liquorice on the finish. A rosé of pure pleasure in the flush of its youth, but one that will maintain all its grace for the next two to three years.

A pale pink in colour, this Piquepoul rosé has a delicate nose of cherry blossom, strawberries and peaches. The palate is wonderfully fresh with summer berry flavours and notes of crushed rose petals. The fruity notes are balanced perfectly with a lively, citrus acidity leaving the palate refreshed.

The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.
