The red grape variety Kotsifali is indisputably a classic of the vineyard of Crete. Spices and red fruits with an elegant mouthfeel and a piquant aftertaste are the characteristics of the wine which is produced from vineyards situated at 500m. altitude.

Appealing Greek white from the indigenous and increasingly fashionable Malagouzia grape. Lifted peach, apricot and white blossom aromas. Broad with stone fruit characters and ripe, balancing lemon acidity. Fresh and textural with good length.

Perfumed crushed red berries with an overlay of sweet spice. Medium-weight soft and succulent with gentle tannins, bright, pure fruit and immense drinkability.

Pleasant rose from Agiorgitiko, made to accompany appetisers and light meats. Cool, typical fruity flavours, beautiful acidity and a hint of tannins that are valuable in combination with meat.

The “Aggelis” vineyard, planted on native rootstock of the Liatiko grape, highlights the authenticity and wealth of eastern Crete. The low yields lead to small grapes, of exceptionally high berry density, which are then vinified, almost uncrushed, in small vats. Respect to natural micro-flora that defines fermentations, results in a rare wine, characterised by a self-sufficient flavour and aromatic fullness.

Bright ruby red with a complex bouquet of spices and ripe dark fruits. On the palate the wine offers gentle tannins enhanced with an abundance of fruit intensity, creating the impression of strength and balance. Persistent aftertaste with a repetition of its spices.
A blend of Limnio, Syrah and Merlot.

Warming spices and red berries on the nose lead into exotic flavors of coffee, vanilla bean and dried currants on the palate. The wine's age has also revealed appealing toasted nut and dried herb characteristics. It is a distinctive red with panache.

Aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers. Medium body with medium acidity and refreshing aftertaste.

Moraitis Malvasia is rich and full bodied with a light sweetness, enticing wine drinkers with a usually dryer palate. The mesmerizing dark bronze colour with golden hues, hints at the long, delicate ageing in oak, imparting colour into the wine. Aromas of dried apricots, golden raisins, and honey glide beautifully and gradually towards more concentrated notes of caramel and dried nuts. The wine keeps a characteristic freshness of the Monemvasia variety, and the coastal attributes inherent to the vine and the terroir itself. An incredibly enticing wine that will make you want to finish the bottle!

Metaxa is fine Greek spirit made by diluting an aged cask strength brandy with muscat wine and a recipe of botanicals including anise and rose petals. Each star represents a year's ageing.
