Natural sweet wine with an explosion of aromas and flavours expressing the concentration of soils at its highest potential. Produced with the best Mencía grapes picked when overripe to get fruity aromas with underlying mineral hints together with a beautiful balance between residual sugar and acidity. Sweet and concentrated mouthfeel surprisingly fresh and elegant with a velvety smooth finish.

Clos Sant Pau has a golden colour with greenish hues. It has an intense, and fresh nose. Aromas of orange peel and white truffle. On the palate, it presents itself as an elegant sweet wine with a predominance of white fruit and light touches of Mediterranean herbs: fennel and lemon verbena.

Young wines from Pedro Ximenez grapes dried in the sun are used to elaborate this fine, sweet liqueur wine aged 24 months in French Vosges oak barrels.

Mahigany colour with a walnut aroma. On the palate it is dry with pronounced nutty flavours that give way to a long, smooth finish

Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

Leonor Palo Cortado is the latest addition to the superior range. Aged for over 12 years it has fine aromas of wood, vanilla and almonds. The palate is nutty and perfectly integrated with a long finish.

Well rounded but tangy, saline, nutty with traces of acidity and tannin, those crisp Manzanilla characteristics lie just below the calm Amontillado surface. Very complex and interesting with a dry saline, nutty finish.

Lustau’s Fino del Puerto has an intensely fruity character in its infancy with notes of ripe yellow apples, pears and white peach all present. In many ways it is more like white wine than a Sherry on the nose. The palate gives away its origins though; it is very pure with a savoury backbone. Delicate touches of dried apricot vie with a hint of marmite on the subtle, yet long finish

A bone dry Manzanilla from the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, light and fresh, very tangy, clean and crisp with just a hint of saltiness.

Bright, straw-like yellow colour with diamond sheen. Penetrating aromas of almonds and olives. Light and dry on the palate with hints of salt and wine with a pleasant bitterness on the finish.

Aromas of walnuts and coffee, with a palate of dried fruit and roasted coffee beans.

This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity. Aged following an oxidative aging for 12 years in Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera.

The Deluxe Cream is very much the “crème de la crème” of Cream Sherries. Rich and sweet with notes of figs, prunes, walnuts and cinnamon. It is long and lingering on the palate. Serve slightly chilled in the summer or at room temperature during the winter months.

This exceptional sherry brings together the finesse and delicacy of an Amontillado with the richness and body of an Oloroso. An extremely versatile wine. Aged for 12 years in Bodega la Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera.
Light amber in colour. Nutty and dry with nuances of vanilla, mocha and dark chocolate. Dry and concentrated, this wine has a long and elegant finish.

The smooth and warming palate shows flavours of hazelnuts, prunes, cake spice and bitter chocolate with a long, slightly smoky finish.

A beautiful amber colour clear and brilliant in appearance. Intense on the nose with hints of fine wood, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and crystallized fruits. Due to its age, it is dry and powerful on the palate, but at the same time demonstrates delicacy and finesse. It has a wonderfully long finish to enhance the overall experience.

The bodega Toro Albala is in the D.O. Montilla-Moriles area so although they must not call the wines they make “sherry” technically the wines are very similar. There is a big emphasis on PX grape (Pedro Ximenez) and these wines are usually used to create very sweet and delicious wines suitable for desserts. Here we have an unusual offering- a bone dry Fino produced entirely from PX grapes. The “en Rama” means it is made with very little filtration.

Caramel and toffee with roasted hazelnuts and a touch of raisin sweetness. Rich, full and textured.
