This single vineyard Clarete (a traditional style of Rioja rosado - produced by co-fermenting red and white grapes together) is delicious, juicy and characterful, packaged with a distinctive contemporary label.

Amongst the white washed houses of Arcos de la Frontera, Andalucia, lies Finca Moncloa, a small vineyard owned by Gonzalez Byass. The Finca grows fruit with unique concentration and depth of flavour. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes are hand selected and skilfully blended to create a velvety smooth, full bodied wine with complex flavours of ripe, red berry fruit, vanilla and spice.

Old vines, the most precise representation of Mas d’en Gil terroir. Clos Fontà concentrates black fruit and minerality in a complex wine. It is the fruit of observation, the passing of time and the will to feel, meditate and recount. It epitomises this unique landscape.

Clos Sant Pau has a golden colour with greenish hues. It has an intense, and fresh nose. Aromas of orange peel and white truffle. On the palate, it presents itself as an elegant sweet wine with a predominance of white fruit and light touches of Mediterranean herbs: fennel and lemon verbena.

Delicate and luxurious, this Manzanilla is truly superb. It's been aged in oak casks through 15 scales of the 'Solear' system of sherry-making.

100% Moscatel from Lustau’s vineyard “Las Cruces” in Chipiona. Aged for 8 years in Jerez de la Frontera.

Well rounded but tangy, saline, nutty with traces of acidity and tannin, those crisp Manzanilla characteristics lie just below the calm Amontillado surface. Very complex and interesting with a dry saline, nutty finish.

Lustau’s Fino del Puerto has an intensely fruity character in its infancy with notes of ripe yellow apples, pears and white peach all present. In many ways it is more like white wine than a Sherry on the nose. The palate gives away its origins though; it is very pure with a savoury backbone. Delicate touches of dried apricot vie with a hint of marmite on the subtle, yet long finish

A beautiful amber colour clear and brilliant in appearance. Intense on the nose with hints of fine wood, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and crystallized fruits. Due to its age, it is dry and powerful on the palate, but at the same time demonstrates delicacy and finesse. It has a wonderfully long finish to enhance the overall experience.

Very powerful and viscous with marvellous fig, coffee and caramel flavours.

Mahogany coloured. Aromas and flavours of caramel, toasted almonds and dried apricots. Very expressive and complex. Good acidity, and a very long persistent finish.
