This Domaine Horgelus red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat, the latter being a local grape variety making rich and powerful reds. The wine has a fabulous concentration with aromas of blackcurrant, licquorice and spices. On the palate it has soft, ripe tannins to support the dark fruit flavours. Smooth and deeply flavoured it is the ideal accompaniment to grilled or roast meats and soft cheeses.

This award-winning Sauvignon Blanc is highly aromatic and deeply flavored, totally expressive of its terroir and with a great roundness as well.

A rich, intense, spicy medium-bodied red wine from Cahors. Blackcurrant, blackberry and prune notes on the nose and the palate with a vanilla end note. Pairs well with red meat, game and soft cheeses.

Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

Rasteau’s elevation to cru status in 2010, solely for its highly regarded dry red wines was widely welcomed. Domaine la Font de Notre Dame, a charming small domaine owned by brothers Frédéric and Boris Roux, produce a traditionally made Rasteau with typical appellation complexity.

L’exception is a structured, ample and elegant wine; very representative of Beaujolais. A cherry-hued colour, aromas of small red fruits and a harmonious structure make it classic Gamay.

The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.
