This 130-hectare vineyard is located at the foot of the Gascogne Pyrenees and specialises in white varietals. Warm weather during the day and cool nights give ideal conditions to produce fresh, characterful Sauvignon Blanc.
Very pale in appearance, the wine has a lovely fresh and zesty nose with white fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is dry and searching with plenty of fruit and mouthwatering acidity.

Flinty, grassy and classy Sauvignon. Gold pale tinted wine with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate,this wine does not disappoint and is well balanced with citrus and stone fruit flavours.

From the heart of the Loire Valley this wine is pure opulence. All the fruit is from a small limestone-rich vineyard in the heart of the Loire. Honeyed pear, quince, yellow apple dominate the palate with a slight smoky quality. The palate is rich yet zippy, complex yet fresh. Try with shellfish or pork. This will cellar for another 10 years or so. Biodynamic.
