Lugarara is produced from a single vineyard with soils of grey marl and a sandy topsoil. The palate is balanced with fresh acidity and good structure. Citrus and almond perfumes follow through to the long finish.

Dolcetto is a delicate variety, that requires correct exposure, care and attention. For this reason Vajra’s Dolcetto is cultivated only on the most appropriate vineyards. Perfectly balanced with all the elements in harmony.

Coste & Fossati is a selection of antique biotypes of Dolcetto, selected by Aldo Vajra between 1978 and 1985, and grafted in two of the best vineyards of Bricco di Vergne in Barolo (the vineyard Coste and Fossati). They produce an intense and spiced Dolcetto.
