Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

L’exception is a structured, ample and elegant wine; very representative of Beaujolais. A cherry-hued colour, aromas of small red fruits and a harmonious structure make it classic Gamay.
