Ten hectares of vineyards are dedicated to the production of this wine. The rich bouquet is comprised of aromas of orange, grapefruit, and pear, and mineral qualities. A smokey note appears on the back end. Full in flavour, yet crisp with fresh citrus and stone fruit bursting onto the palate. It is lush and powerful with a bracing acidity, followed by a slightly creamy, persistent finish. The winery’s namesake is aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel and in bottle for 4 months. Enjoy with grilled seafood and shellfish or cream-based pasta dishes within a few years of the vintage.
