This wine showcases the strength of Margaret River for Chardonnay with a restrained, modern, elegantly structured wine from one of the great Margaret River vineyards.

Best known for his Rieslings, Jeff Grosset's Chardonnay is also known for its pure expression of variety and place. Free-run juice fermented in French oak and 30% malolactic fermentation has resulted in a riotously perfumed Chardonnay with bright, fresh fruit.

The nose is a tropical fruit and citrus. The palate is very pleasant, smooth and silky with notes of ripe fruit and citrus and a hint of sweet spice.

100% traditional method Chardonnay. Fresh lemon, leesy notes, and green apple. Persistent on the palate with bright and fresh lemon cream.

Clean tasting Chardonnay - attractively light in body, and no oak.

A wine that “deftly balances fresh acidity against richness, offering toasted almond and floral tangelo flavours up front, which fold into salted peach, pineapple and clove elements".

Brilliant and limpid with a pale greenish gold hue. The aromas are particularly expressive in this rather hot vintage, with stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach, evolving to floral notes of acacia blossom and aniseed. Good balance in the mouth, fresh, fruity and round, with a delicious minerality which is the signature of this wine from one vintage to the next.

Amply fruited with a saline lick. Good volume in the mouth and excellent shape and texture. There's no shortage of ripeness but the wine maintains excellent freshness and is very minerally. Quite delicious.

Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Jacqueson’s 18 hectares of vines are spread across some of the region’s best growing sites, including Mercurey, Rully, and Bouzeron. The estate farms their vineyards without herbicides and highlights the importance of keeping yields low. This varietal Chardonnay is more floral and less opulent than most Côte de Beaune bottlings, marked by flavors of mandarin, lemon skin, crushed rocks, and white blossom. Great quality to price ratio!

From a well-placed vineyard adjoining premier cru Les Castets. Fresh and fruity with lovely, honeyed chardonnay nose. This is now aged like all the premiers crus in 30% new oak barrels.

This has a very fine nose with delicate floral notes as well as apples, pears and a wonderful citrus-blossom aroma. On the palate this is elegant and mineral with delicious white fruit character and a lovely saline finish.

An assembly of different climates of Fuisse which gives it complexity and balance. It is a wine that is powerful and fat with a nice typical Burgundy mineral freshness.
