A soft and flattering Pinot Blanc with a gentle aroma of white flowers and generous fruit. This lively wine has fresh apple, white peach and spice flavours. There is good weight on the palate yet it is soft and supple and finishes with a firm acidity.

Winemaker Christophe has been farming biodynamically since 1999 and believes in minimal intervention thus allowing the soil to express the minerality of each terroir. His wife Yuka, a talented Japanese chef also runs the Domaine with Christophe. His Pinot Blanc Vegane is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. Aromas of white fleshed fruit and flowers. It has a freshness to it and a fuller body but maintains structure and balance.
