Dating back to 1829 this famous Champagne producer is still the envy of just about every other in the region. It has around 144 hectares of vines, but despite this large holding more grapes are neede and therefore bought in to make the wines. Some of these come from Claude Cazals, our house champagne producer.

Family owned and run (with Lily Bollinger still a presence at the property) it commands respect all over the world, not just for its obvious quality, but for the highly individual style it produces.
