Excellent quality Champagne house exclusive to Martinez; owned and run by the Cazals family. Their history dates back over 100 years when Ernst Cazals settled in Le Mesnil sur Oger, a district in Champagne. Three generations later and the quality has never been higher. Ernst's son Olivier and grandson Claude developed the automatic remuage machine which automatically removes deposits from Champagne bottles, a technique now widely used.

Claude is now sadly deceased but with wineMaker Laurant (who trained at Bollinger) now in charge of winemaking the tradition and high quality looks set to continue. We haven't found a better value house Champagne.
