This organic and biodynamic wine is made in a lighter style making it extremely drinkable, but it still has the typical diesel fumes and lime zest hues you would expect.
Pale lemon colour and attractive aromas of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, lime, peach and green apple. It has sharp acidity and medium body while the mineral sensation is quite intense on the palate.

A very ripe and unusually rich example of Loire Sauvignon Blanc.

The nose shows delicate notes of white flowers and nettles. Fresh citrus fruit and well balanced acidity with good length.

Flinty, grassy and classy Sauvignon. Gold pale tinted wine with hints of peach and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate,this wine does not disappoint and is well balanced with citrus and stone fruit flavours.

A velvety smooth Chardonnay, well rounded with a soft texture; done entirely in stainless steel. It shows great finesse and remarkable balance.

Some aeration will reveal sweet Mirabelle aromas and some acacia honey. The palate shows a nice concentration, medium intensity on the middle palate, and eventually becomes more and more impressive on the finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.

The bolder Michaut style deftly added to the more restrained style of Vau-Lignau to create a textural, elegant white.

Pale gold with just a hint of green, the nose is fresh and beautifully precise. Green apple, lemon zest, a touch of white flowers and a mineral seam of flint or crushed seashells. On the palate it is taut and lively: citrus (grapefruit, lime), crisp unripe pear with racy acidity giving real freshness. The mineral backbone shines through, lending tension and drive. There’s generous fruit ripeness without heaviness, no oak influence and a drying finish that leaves a vivid streak of salinity and subtle citrus bitterness. The nose has wonderful grapefruit zest bitterness, with some gentle floral influenced honey. The palate in bright and clean acidity, and a voluptuous depth of stone fruit on the mid-palate. with subtle smokiness. It is a highly complex village wine that should evolve well for many years.
