Although famed for its red wines, white wines have a long heritage in the southern Rhône valley, where the locals enjoy an occasional glass at the start of a warm evening. La Fleur Solitaire is therefore a solitaire amongst the rubies of our Boutinot Rhône range; a white Côtes du Rhône made from traditional southern Rhône white grape varieties.

Bright red colour with a touch of ruby. On the nose there is a a mixture of red fruit with notes of undergrowth.
With its complex mixture of red berries overlaid with touches of undergrowth and with its fine tannins, this wine will seduce your senses and bring a touch of elegance.

Each vintage, from the base in Cairanne, selected exceptional Grenache and Syrah are picked from the best Côtes du Rhône Villages to make Les Coteaux, which is then enriched with classified wine from Séguret, Sablet and the cru of Cairanne.

Expect citrus, tropical fruits and red fruits, all complimented by lovely acidity, making it such a refreshing rosé wine. This is the perfect rosé to try if you like Cotes de Provence but want to try something different.

Nicknamed the Giant of Provence, Mont Ventoux is the tallest mountain in the Monts de Vaucluse. This land of dreams and legends has been the setting for incredible stories involving men who one day dared to defy the mountain. The region setting is beautiful, but sometime hostile. The terroir consists of steep slopes, pebbly soil, and a windy, very sunny climate. Every vintage reflects the winegrower’s passion to produce optimum quality.

Butterscotch, glazed fruits aroma. The palate is rich and runs with surprising freshness after the opening. There is a note of quince paste on the aftertaste, also herbes de Provence.

Rasteau’s elevation to cru status in 2010, solely for its highly regarded dry red wines was widely welcomed. Domaine la Font de Notre Dame, a charming small domaine owned by brothers Frédéric and Boris Roux, produce a traditionally made Rasteau with typical appellation complexity.

From Cairanne, the Southern Rhone’s newest Cru, Les Six is all about elegance and the expression of six different grape varieties (in an appellation usually dominated by just two) blended together in the tradition of yesteryear.

Grenache is predominant as with all the wines of the Domaine. It is blended with Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. There is a rigorous selection of the grapes during the vendage.
