Mahogany coloured. Aromas and flavours of caramel, toasted almonds and dried apricots. Very expressive and complex. Good acidity, and a very long persistent finish.

A strong, rich rum based liqueur made with orange peels and sugar cane. This is a stuning drink, and well worth trying.

Sweet and buttery with intermingled notes of toffee, honeycomb and coffee. A little spice and dried peels with notes of fruits and biscuits. Full and rich with notes of cigar box, particularly the cedar wood thereof, guava and banana leaf with more toffee.

Yorkshire's finest, produced just outside Harrogate. A rich juniper packed style, with some finesse and and an attractive oily texture. This more than holds it's own against the competition.

This is a traditional 26% ABV Sloe Gin but with a bit of a spicy twist. We macerate the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours. We don’t over sugar it so you can still taste predominantly Sloes. This gin is great for any time of the year – warm and spicy in the winter time when you are out and about in the countryside or just out walking the dog and need a nip of something sweet.

Fernet-Branca has a coffee colored tint and intensely spiced aroma. ... Although there are some fruit notes on the taste, the overwhelming notes are barks and spices. The fernet has a medium-plus fullness, a moderate sweetness and bitter finish, although there are more bitter amari and fernets out there
